Amazon Prime Air- Future of Ecommerce

A little ago when i was reading on Drones and which drones were the best when it came to value for money i came across this concept released by Amazon. Of course which company doesn't release concepts but this one they are looking forward to actually going through with. 

So Amazon has a service called Amazon Prime. This service is premium and is only available on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk (US and UK only). For roughly 99$ a year Amazon offers 2 day delivery, unlimited streaming of Music, Movies, TV and even provides certain options on kindle to read. Not to mention up to 15% discount on majority of the products. Not bad for a 100$ Eh.

Anyhow Amazon aims to take this service one step further ( I think with an additional charge) by having Drone Delivery as an option. Essentially delivering your parcel to you in under 30 min. Pretty neat  huh. 
Amazons concept is extremely innovative and not to long ago dropped a second video boasting a new prototype among the many they are working on showing using real footage how its going to be done.
In the latest video ( The first video below) Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson showcases how its all going down and what we can expect Amazon to be like in the future. The second video is the original concept unveil back in 2013

So you must be wondering if they are ready with this already why cant i order Amazon Prime Air. Well here's the thing, for a service like this too exist you need

•  An FAA certification as well as a truckload of papers signed ( By the respected governments)
• Public approval of the idea ( basically go around all those photo phobic people and the ultra security conscious people)
• Most of all give people a re assurance that you are not making their town Afghanistan ( If you didn't get that joke it basically means that blasting their house using drones ) , because who knows one day instead of your Amazon Kindle you get a Remote Detonated C-4 sent with love by a rogue Amazon employee

Jokes apart this idea is great and if Amazon manages to pull of this one they will have changed E commerce forever.
